The Benefits of Sport Massages

Sport massages like Swedish and shiatsu massages were designed for the athlete. The main purpose is the alleviate tension and stress caused by physical activity. A sports massage reduces the heart rate and blood pressure increases blood circulation and lymph flow. Prenatal Pilates

Pilates has been proven to be one of best exercises to do, both during and after pregnancy.
The Pilates workout is just as famous for helping new moms get their figures back as some of the celebs who swear by it. So many women turn to Pilates to build their core strength and lose the extra baby weight. The strengthening full body workout also helps in relieving lower back and abdomen pain caused by pregnancy and child birth.
Some new moms find it very difficult to loose their baby weight.

Pilates Classes

I so enjoyed teaching our series of Pilates classes last month. I met so many new people and I saw great physical improvements amongst some class members early in the series.
